Local Santa Barbara runner, Rosina Garcia, might fit that description, or is just a mountain running badass.

The Rut Mountains Runs take place over three days at the Big Sky ski resort in Montana, the location of the towering, high altitude, Lone Peak. There are a variety of race distances offered across the three days. The Trifecta is a challenge to do all three races, each one summiting the 11,000+ ft Lone Peak.

This race has technical, rocky terrain, steep ascents and descents, and high altitude. A true mountain running course. Take a listen to the episode to hear all about Rosina’s experiences over three days of mountain running.
